Key Responsibilities Implement IT projects following development strategy and initiatives that align with business goals Collaborate within Hunter Douglas Group matrix organization Lead and develop a team of IT professionals Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and standards Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness Drive continuous improvement and innovation in IT processes and solutions Interested in this role? Heres what were looking for: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (Master''s degree preferred) Proven work experience as an IT Manager in a manufacturing or similar industry Knowledge of IT systems, ERP systems, networks, and security protocols Good management and communication skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively Very good knowledge of English - minimum level B2 At Hunter Douglas, youll be part of a forward-thinking team committed to excellence.
