Breman Brasserie is an all-day restaurant that pays homage to the history of the iconic Lloyd building and features a menu of traditional European-meets-South American food. The bar serves classic cocktails with vibrant flavours and captivating New World wines.
Barbue is a destination cocktail bar by award-winning mixologist, Renato Giovannoni. The bar uses drinks, music and hospitality to express the sharing of cultures between Europe and South America, while celebrating the rich history of the Lloyd building and of those that passed through - toward a better life. Barbue is a story of migration, integration and adaptation and of people coming together - Italian accented, Argentinian inspired, and situated in the grand old ticketing office of an iconic 20th Century building in Amsterdam.

A city so good we had to double down! In 2023 we have opened our second Hoxton in Amsterdam, this time based in the Eastern Docklands where we are lovingly taking the reins of the historic former Lloyd Hotel. This beautiful property features 136 bedrooms, including the introduction of some new rooms categories for the Hox, a large ground floor restaurant and huge outdoor terrace, a new bar and The Apartment our unique meetings and events concept.

What youll do
Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily.
Maintain inventories and ensuring compliance with cash control procedures.
Complete accounting and administrative reports as required.
