Job Description: Enfinity is lookingfor a Legal Counsel specialized in Construction that will be a keymember of the European legal team. This Legal Counsel will providequality and relevant advice on the whole spectrum of legal mattersregarding Enfinitys construction activities in Europe (Spain,Italy, UK) and will work closely with contractors and constructioncompanies Key Responsabilities: - General assistance on technicalcontract matters for construction and operation, revamping, projectdevelopment, engineering and construction, asset management,security contracts - Drafting and negotiation of EPC agreements,related guarantees and ancillary documentation, , servicesdevelopment agreements, JV and co- development agreements,operation and maintenance agreements, supply agreements, managementand services agreements - Analysis of the applicable laws inrespect of the contracts, drafting of legal opinions; - Definestandard contracts across the life cycle of the project(development, construction and asset management) - Lead legal duediligence efforts in development activities - Review and negotiatedifferent technical related commercial contracts and reply to awide variety of requests for legal assistance from differentfunctions - Provide a balance analysis of key risks in theactivities of the company from a legal perspective and providemitigating actions - Deal with external parties (regulators,external counsel, clients, suppliers and financing partners)Required Skills: Minimum of 7 years of experience in the energysector either as internal or external counsel Track record ofhaving worked internationally in a number of projects within theenergy sector Well-versed in how business operate with financialacumen High degree of professional ethics, integrity and gravitasExcellent verbal and written communication skills In Italian andEnglish language; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment andmanaging multiple projects at the same time; Flexibility,interdisciplinary teamwork skills and willingness to travel up to50%.
