And thats where you come in.AccountabilitiesIdentify potential suppliers based on technical specifications;Formulate requests for tenders;Formulate requests for quotation;Assess and negotiate tenders received;Issue orders/framework contracts through the SAP corporate management system;Forward, approve, ship, and archive purchase orders;Required Skills/KnowledgeAbility to read/interpret technical specifications and/or drawings;Previous experience, even minimal, as a Buyer;Excellent use of office tools and main computer applications;Knowledge of SAP Environment System MM;Proven negotiating skills, complemented by good analytical and management abilities.Education / QualificationsTechnical-commercial degree in engineering, management, economics, or legal disciplines;LanguagesAdvanced knowledge of English (at least B2);Thank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
