NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for theimplementation of the EU funded project called: Governance andfinancing models for the 3 REHs in Iasi, Cluj and Craiova and issearching for experts to support the core team during theimplementation of this project. Location: The operational base ofthe project is Bucharest. Duration: The intended start date is July2025 and the services shall be provided for a period of 14 monthsfrom this date. Key Expert: Senior Health Economics Expert, TeamLeader for Financing Component Qualifications and skills: - Atleast bachelors degree level or academic equivalent in one of thefollowing fields: Medicine, Economics, Health Economics, PublicHealth, Health Policy, Health Management. - Post graduate degree(Master or PhD) in Health Economics or health Management shall beconsidered as a strong asset. - Very good command of English (CEFRC1). - Very good abilities to build and maintain relations andnetwork with regional/local authorities and other stakeholdersacross the relevant sectors shall be considered an asset. - Strongcommunication skills (including skills needed for moderatingmeetings/workshops) shall be considered an asset. - Strongleadership skills shall be considered an asset. Generalprofessional experience: - At least 10 years of relevantprofessional experience in health sector. - Project managementexperience and international working experience shall be consideredas an important asset. - Participation in WHO training courses orother internationally recognized coursed on health management andhealth economics shall be considered an asset. Specificprofessional experience: - Minimum 5 years of specific experiencein providing guidance to national/regional/local authorities ormanagers of healthcare providers in the following fields: hospitalFinancing, hospital accounting. - Experience in at least 2 projectson health financing / budgeting / modelling projects. - Specificexperience in health economics in one or more EU member states. -Experience in at least one public health project at internationallevel implemented by an international financing institutions (e.g.EIB, EBRD, WB, ADB) or international organisations (e.g. EC, WHO)shall be considered as an important asset. - Experience inmoderating technical working groups and/or coordination ofhealthcare stakeholders will be considered an asset.
