Here you will jointhe welcoming and efficient EME Legal Team. You will shape andnegotiate client arrangements, guide our business stakeholders onlegal and commercial risks associated with transactions and suggestmitigating actions. You will also help Delivery and Businessleadership to manage existing contracts with clients, requiring asolid understanding of legal obligations and their implications,along with a command of principled negotiation. The lawyers work ona wide range of local, EME and global matters, varying fromcontracting, administrative law, employment, compliance, entitymanagement, intellectual property and privacy, to disputes orlitigation, marketing and mergers and acquisitions. We seamlesslywork with our Legal Teams in the Americas and APAC, driven by thedesire to problem solve once across the globe, making this a trulyinternational team. You will have the ability to work remotely andfrom our office in Milan to meet the local legal team and yourcontacts in person. You will be part of the EME Legal team whichcollaborates across twelve distinct legal jurisdictions to providean experience that simultaneously reflects consistency across EME.Our EME team is famous for its rich knowledge-sharing andsupportive teamwork.
