As this is an in-house position, you will benefit from a complete view of transactions and the full life cycle of the entities involved. The asset manager operates through SPVs in Private Equity, Real Estate, and Private Debt offering exposure to diverse and dynamic sectors.

Your Responsibilities |Finance Corporate Legal - Cosec Law Investment funds

• You will be responsible for managing a portfolio composed of SPVs in Private Equity, Real Estate and Private Debt.
• Drafting and reviewing documents such as resolution, agreements and minutes will be part of your daily tasks.
• You will ensure the boardmeetings organization.
• You will coordinate with external providers (auditors, lawyers, tax advisors) and internal departments.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Finance Corporate Legal - Cosec Law Investment funds

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer within a similar environment such as a PFS, fiduciary, or asset manager in Luxembourg, which will facilitate your integration into the firm.
• Fluency in English is essential to ensure effective communication with third parties and colleagues.
• Being organized and proactive is crucial to meeting deadlines.
• To succeed in this position, experience with SPVs in Private Equity and/or Real Estate is required.
