- As Delivery Manager, you will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for everything related to delivery from project initiation to closure. You will lead the delivery process with both structure and pragmatism, and you''ll set a new standard for ownership and communication.
- Youll take responsibility for aligning Sales, PMs, and PMO during pre-sales to ensure that Scope of Work (SoW) and delivery expectations are clear and realistic. Once the SoW is agreed upon, youll manage the handover, validate resource needs, and lead planning sessions to ensure delivery is set up for success.
- You will also work closely with clients building strong relationships through regular updates,
- steering committees, and proactive escalation handling. Internally, youll align EMs, PMO, and
- Recruitment around delivery planning, backlog health, and hiring needs.
- Youll own reporting, forecasting, and capacity tracking across all active projects. With support from the PMO, youll ensure visibility into progress, risks, revenue, and performance and bring that clarity back to the leadership team.
- And finally, youll be a leader. Youll coach, align, and support PMs and delivery contributors to build a stronger, more accountable delivery culture.
responsibilities :
- Own and lead the entire delivery lifecycle from Sales handover to project close-out
- Align with Sales and EMs on SoW clarity, estimation, and pre-sales coordination
- Build and run planning cadences with PMs, EMs, PMO, and Recruitment
- Manage customer communication, including delivery check-ins, steering committees, and
- escalations
- Track project health, chargeability, financial forecasts, and risks
- Introduce and maintain reporting structures: project dashboards, weekly updates, and
- executive summaries
- Lead 1:1s and performance discussions with PMs and delivery team members
- Drive continuous improvement and retrospectives to improve delivery quality
- Represent Delivery in leadership conversations and planning meetings
