Partner with the best As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for managing all technical and quality aspects related to suppliers. Your activities will closely involve Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers. Your main goal is to continuously improve supplier quality, reduce escaping defects and associated costs, and develop the supply base according to business needs. Responsibilities include: Qualifying suppliers Conducting periodic audits to verify compliance with qualification requirements Executing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and defining Corrective Actions (CA) for escaping defects Promoting a quality-driven and continuous improvement mentality within suppliers organizations Managing effective communication with internal teams and suppliers Managing on-site inspections according to Quality Control Plans Handling Non-Conformity Records (NCR) related to suppliers Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience Experience and/or technical knowledge in electrical equipment manufacturing Proven experience in driving corrective actions with suppliers Data-driven mindset Attention to detail and accuracy Effective problem-solving skills Ability to set ambitious targets and challenge the status quo Excellent communication skills in English and Italian Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30%) EU Work Permit Work Flexibility: We offer flexible working arrangements, including remote work (up to 30%) and flexible hours to support work-life balance.
