Dolce & Gabbana, leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity, within the new in-house Beauty Division, for aBeauty Image Managerbased in the HQ in Milan.This role reports to theHead of Image in Beauty Marketingdepartment & supports her/him in building the visual content strategy linked to fragrance and make up marketing plan both for new launches and catalogue on a worldwide perspective including all the consumer touchpoints (media, point of sales, digital tools, e-commerce, pr). The manager will lead the project management of campaign and digital content from the preparation of the brief until the content release in terms of timing, guidelines set up, markets needs, local developments both on line and offline following each step subsequent to shooting and assets selection.The manager will sit within the Dolce & Gabbana Beauty wider communication department, having three main internal stakeholders: Global Marketing and Go to Market Beauty teams and Corporate creative teams, as well as the external visual production agency.The ideal candidate will be a talented profile passionate about visual and media, Fashion and Beauty industry, with a strong ability to manage projects across all the steps (brief, collecting products, feedback, sharing information management and timing management),he/she has an analytical approach able to read and translate the brief shared by Global and Market teams in precise and efficient way. Ability to understand shooting process and supervise especially on catalogue, packshot and trade contents briefing, shooting, post production and release is required and crucial.Previous expertise on advertising campaign, as well as a strong understanding of the current luxury and youth culture, are required.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Marketing Image team to develop shooting calendar, content list and strategy to support key fragrance & makeup launches and initiatives according commercial and business needs.Lead projects and campaign management in terms of brief, debrief, feedback management, and timing from along the development of the campaign and visual assets until the assets release including shooting attendance representing Marketing teamWork closely with Global Marketing team and key internal stakeholders including Digital, Image, Social, Media, Visual Merchandising team to ensure visual coverage of the 360 products activations.Guidelines and campaign development brief coordination collecting markets needs and requests.Work and support Go to market team ensuring information and strategy sharing in global strategic toolkits respecting master calendar deadlines.Drafting and editing visual bible documents based on buyouts on a regular base to be shared both with global and local teamsMain point of contact with Corporate and visual production agency dedicated team for the campaign development production to ensure correct editing of key crops, guidelines, digital tools through:Full menu master visual crops briefSpecific markets needs international and conservative markets.POS developments and adaptationDigital development and adaptationFile release archivingBTL tools set up and coordinationVisual bible editingMain point of contact with visual production agency partner for:Accounts and profile managementAssets uploads, file and management on visual platform for marketsBuyouts and order management on visual assets available for marketsBrief and support Global Marketing product managers on mockup and products for shooting, paying particular attention on timing, quantities and packaging needs.Maintain a strong understanding of competitor campaigns within the competitive beauty & luxury landscape, providing regular insights & information to the wider teamOversee day-to-day budget management and supplier paymentsSkills & ExperienceMinimum 5-6 years of relevant advertising & communication experience in project manager, account and producer positionA deep understanding, strong knowledge and experience in projects managementInterest in working with key opinion leaders (creatives, photographers, production teams)Experience in working with, and knowledge of, international markets (previous experience in a global role is desirable)Experience in file and class big amount of content according to specific nomenclature, crops, technical spec.Experience in agency environment is desirableExcellent coordination, management, and communication skillsExcellent time management & organisational skills with a sense of priorityExpertise in image and video production processes, including experience with photo shoots, editing, and post-production.Excellent attention to detail always with an aesthetic and visual look on executions.Ability to communicate across a big organisation at different levels, and manage multiple stakeholdersEnthusiastic, ability to work proactively to find new/impactful ideas to support the businessHard-working, self-motivated
