We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Manager to oversee quality processes and ensure that all project deliverables meet internal standards and client expectations. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage documentation, compliance, and stakeholder engagement across the entire project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement quality processes and best practices at project initiation and ensure consistent adherence throughout all phases of the project.
- Coordinate and manage all client deliverables, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and baseline requirements are consistently met.
- Maintain and improve internal documentation workflows using tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, and OneNote.
- Track project performance against defined SLAs, identifying risks and ensuring corrective actions are taken when necessary.
- Liaise regularly with project team members to gather updates, resolve issues, and support quality-related activities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for quality assurance topics with the client, fostering transparency and trust through timely, high-quality communications and reports.
- Conduct regular reviews of project documentation, reports, and logs to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing existing procedures and recommending optimizations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience interacting with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience as QA Manager or Lead, minimum 8 years of in QA or related field
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, OneNote, Jira, Confluence).
- Solid organizational and time-management skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Flexible working hours when required to meet client or project needs.
- Previous experience in a quality assurance or similar project management role.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- ITIL knowledge or certification is a strong advantage.
