Project Management Officer (PMO) Responsibilities Support Program Managers in strategic global programs, ensuring projects comply with CIB ITO Project Portfolio Office norms and standards Monitor project costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and financial targets; identify and report anydiscrepancies Organize regular sessions with Project Managers to review financial actuals and discuss any variances Collaborate with finance teams to clarify unknown costs and drive necessary cost corrections Assist in initiating and setting up new projects in Clarity PPM, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards Maintain and update project statuses, milestones, and deliverables in Clarity, providing timely and precise reports for stakeholders Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure transparency and alignment on project progress Identify and implement process improvements within the PMO to enhance efficiency and best practices Requirements Proven experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) role Hands-on experience with Clarity PPM Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to coordinate across teams locations and establish project governance Excellent communication skills and fluent English (Advanced level) Experience in budget management and financial tracking Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint Join us and be part of a dynamic global team driving strategic projects forward!
