The Bridge S.p.A. - STORE VENEZIA SALES ASSISTANT_PT20h Reports to: Store Manager Main duties: To provide consistentand exceptional standard of customer service in the store. TheRole: - To maximize sales for the store; - To develop enduringrelationships with clients; - To provide product, promotion, andpricing information by clarifying customer request; - To approachcustomers and offer them advice and support on product to persuadethem to buy; - To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricingdiscrepancies by researching promotion details and regular andspecial prices; - To understand and be able to advise customers onsmart professional dress and appearance; - To resolve order andinventory problems by investigating data and history; - To handlereturns of merchandise; - To maintain a clean and orderlyenvironment in the store at the highest standard; - To support theteam on the general operations of the The Bridge store; - Toarrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and othercriteria; - To operate cash registers and close daily revenues; -To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile andupdates; - To go the extra mile to meet targets. The Candidate: -Chinese Speaking - at least, 3 years of working experience in therole - Fluency in English (written & spoken) is stronglydesired; - Retail or service industry experience; - Great customerservice and people skills; - Ability to communicate and inspirecustomers & store colleagues;
