What You''ll Be Doing: -Architect the Future: Lead the design and evolution of softwarearchitecture for mobile apps, ensuring they are scalable,sustainable, and in alignment with Schindlers business andtechnology strategies - Global Collaboration: Partner withstakeholders across different teams to define architecturalrequirements, shape the technology roadmap, and ensure alignmentwith Schindlers overall platform architecture and cloudintegration - Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on guidance andleadership to development teams, ensuring the successfulimplementation of architectures and designs in a fast-paced,international setting. Shape the vision for state-of-the-art mobilearchitecture and adoption of best practices - Ensure Excellence:Oversee the quality of implementations, collaborating with testers,requirements engineers, and implementing automated tests forcontinuous integration. Foster a culture of continuous improvementand innovation - Shape Cutting-Edge Apps: Drive development with afocus on exceptional user experiences, leveraging the latesttechnologies, frameworks, and best practices for iOS and Androidapps. Ensure seamless integration with cloud backends and relatedproducts. What You Need to Succeed: - Degree in Computer Science,Software Development, or related field; - Experience in mobile appdevelopment, architecture, and leading teams technically; - Passionfor Mobile: Demonstrated enthusiasm for mobile app development anddelivering exceptional user experiences; - Proven Leadership: Trackrecord of successfully leading software engineering teams andguiding technical decisions; - Cutting-Edge Skills: Deep knowledgeof mobile development (Swift, Kotlin), user experience design, testautomation, and app analytics; - Architectural Expertise: Strongunderstanding of software architecture, cloud interfaces, APIs, andsystem design principles; - Global Teamwork: Proven ability tocollaborate across international, distributed teams, adapting tochanging priorities in fast-paced environments; - Agile Mindset:Comfortable working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments, drivingresults and continuous improvements; - Cybersecurity Insight:Experience with product security and secure development lifecycle(ideal); - Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must.
