Your next challenge:
- Source and manage autonomously financing transactions for Entrepreneur/private investors, Corporate & Institutional being pursued (structured finance & financial advisory).
- Lead the execution of financing mandates (LBO/corporate, Real Estate, & HoldCo Financing).
Take an active role, together with the Senior members of the team in client developments and presentations.
- Identify improvement opportunities, mentor and coach junior team members as the team grows.
- Originating and commercial development: write client presentations and commercial pitches, prepare transaction documents, financial models, and credit memos for internal (or external use) use.
- Credit Analysis: perform detailed financial analysis, including cash flow projections, and conduct research on companies and industries, while assessing credit for leveraged buyouts (LBO), corporate financing, real estate, and holding financing.
- Credit Committee process: prepare detailed credit memos and provide robust support for projects during the credit committee process.
- Syndication strategy: define and coordinate the execution of syndication strategies, as applicable, ensuring effective collaboration among all parties involved.
- Negotiation and documentation: propose, negotiate, and execute critical documents, including term sheets, mandates, and legal documentation, to facilitate successful transactions.
- Risk management: serve as the primary line of defense for complex corporate lending solutions, ensuring adherence to BIL''s lending policy guidelines and governance frameworks.
- Promotion of Corporate Finance activities: actively promote Corporate Finance strategy both internally and externally, enhancing engagement and awareness of our offerings.
Your skills:
- Master''s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-10 years prior experience in, structured finance, real estate finance & debt advisory.
- Fluency in both English and French - Good knowledge of German and Luxembourgish would be considered as an asset
- Strong knowledge and previous exposure to structured finance, real estate and/or corporate finance (LBO, corporate financing, HoldCo financing, etc.).
- Experience in drafting and monitoring contractual documents (LMA standard) for the bank, in particular with regard to mandates and complex loans.
- Experience with Wealth Management clients.
