In this role, you will be the main supporter for the Plant Manager from a financial perspective, identifying and driving improvements in the plants, ensuring targets for costs, important metrics, and CAPEX budgets are reached. Bunge is committed to operating and thriving in the digital world, creating world-class agile teams where teammates are empowered to collaborate, test, and learn to succeed.Note: Ideally, you are located in Ravenna, Italy, to obtain this job.More about the FP&A Analyst Industrial Operations Finance Partner role:This role involves regional collaboration, working closely with industrial leaders at our Bunge plant in Porto Corsini, and maintaining strong partnerships with colleagues from commercial finance and operations teams to understand business challenges and needs. We encourage challenging the status quo, providing insights, and suggesting improvements that benefit the organization and offer growth opportunities.Main Accountabilities:Partner with the plant manager and key stakeholders to detect potential cost deviations, mitigation plans, and savings opportunities, and follow up on their results.Ensure accurate monthly financial accounting and reporting of industrial expenses. Prepare accruals for variable costs, build monthly forecasts, and produce analyses comparing actual expenses versus forecasts and Business Plan (BP), ensuring forecast accuracy.Lead the preparation of the yearly Business Plan for plant industrial expenses (Variable, Fixed, and Depreciation). Prepare monthly reports and ad hoc analyses to support plant management and the FP&A team.Drive the preparation and review of new initiatives and post-implementation assessments. Support in identifying and validating projects that result in profit increases or cost savings, based on KPI insights and benchmarking.Ensure monthly submission of PQSE KPI compliance, support external reporting (USGAAP), and manage inventory counts (commodities and spare parts).Collaborate with other plant Industrial Finance Partners to standardize processes across markets and contribute to automation and software projects (Tableau, SAP).
