IDILIQ Group is looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team. Our ICT department is multi disciplined and encompasses IT support, infrastructure, cloud services, communications, software development, web design, reporting, and business solutions. About the Role: As an IT Project Manager at IDILIQ Group, you will lead important technology projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and oversee projects from inception to operational handover. Where required, you will also gather and analyse user requirements, support system and user testing, and take on other tasks within the project lifecycle.
The position will follow a hybrid work model; however, the initial three months will require full-time presence in the office
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects within set deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinate team efforts and manage third-party contractors or consultants.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligning with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and related communication documents.
- Play the role of Business Analyst, gathering and documenting requirements and supporting other parts of the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT project management.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience working with Software Development Teams and managing software delivery projects
- Experience of working in a hybrid Project Manager/Analyst role
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
What You''ll Do:
- Work with internal and external teams to plan and understand milestones and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects.
- Disseminate upwards communication and regular project status reports to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Capture and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies in an organised manner.
- Construct & manage project budgets and deliver projects to the agreed budget and timescales
- Establish and manage overall plans with key stakeholders within third parties contracted for projects.
- Track activities and manage stakeholder involvement as appropriate.
- Build effective relationships and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders.
What We''re Looking For:

- 2-3 years of hands-on Programme / Project Management experience handling multiple and complex projects.

- Highly organised, capable of getting things done in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple simultaneous projects, switch context, and adapt to change.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and in a matrix team environment.
- Advanced level in English skills.
- Desirable: Professional PM Qualification (e.g., PMP, Prince 2, Agile Scrum Master, etc).
