We are currently seeking an experienced OnboardingSpecialist to join our team and play a crucial role in helping ourcustomers successfully integrate and utilize our Mailship platform.This role is essential in ensuring a smooth onboarding process andproviding exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: -Manage the contract execution process for clients brought onboardby our sales team - Coordinate and execute comprehensive trainingsessions for customers on the Mailship system - Oversee the initialshipments of goods into our warehouse, ensuring a seamlessintegration into our system - Act as the bridge between our IT teamand the client''s IT team, ensuring successful integration of oursystem with the client''s existing infrastructure - Serve as theprimary liaison between customers and our warehouse/operationsteam, ensuring clear communication and addressing any issues thatmay arise Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience incustomer onboarding, project management or a similar role - Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to buildrapport with clients and internal teams - Experience incoordinating and executing training programs - Understanding ofecommerce platforms like Shoptet, Shopify, WooCommerce and insightsinto current ecommerce trends. - Proficiency in understanding RESTAPI concepts, ability to navigate through technical documentationand conduct basic testing using tools like Postman Why Mailship?- We are a company with great potential and friendly colleaguesyoudefinitely wont be bored here - Training and further professionaldevelopment - Flexible working hours - On site work maximum 1 dayhome office per week (please check commuting to adress Via SandroPertini, 3, 20074 Carpiano) - 5 weeks of vacation - Work in ourapplication systemswe have our own development and were doinggreat!
