Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service for Streaming Platform will be:Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding different queriesProvide account and application support to viewers namely with regards to software functionalityProvide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settingsProvide accurate and real-time responses to the viewers inquiries.Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:You are a native French speaker with an advanced level of EnglishYou are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and you have strong problem-solving skillsA previous experience in Customer Service is a big advantageWhat's in it for you?
