Safety Coordinator (f/m/d) - temporary assignment (100%), min. 1
year Responsibilities - Ensuring safety for maintenance and work
related to investment projects - HSE responsibility within the
projects - Responsibility for the implementation and coordination
of smaller projects - Responsible safety officer incl. safety tours
- Responsible for the work permit process - Issuance of work
permits for maintenance and investment projects - Assistance in
defining HSE requirements within the projects - Participation in
kick-off meetings in the role of HSE manager - Preparation of
project-specific HSE documentation (safety stop, construction site
safety concept, risk analyses, work permits, etc.) - Coordination,
control and documentation of smaller projects - Continuous
improvement of the work permit process - Implementation of safety
tours on the site - Conducting safety audits - Attendance
Management of Change Meetings Profile - At least three to five
years of experience on construction sites and construction projects
- Experience in handling maintenance or investment projects -
Professional exposure to knowledge in the field of HSE - Knowledge
of relevant laws and regulations on occupational safety - Further
training as a safety officer, ASGS specialist or safety engineer is
an advantage - Experience in chemistry and research is an advantage
- High level of personal responsibility and strong intercultural
communication skills - Organizational strength, the ability to
prioritize tasks, coordinate schedules and manage several tasks at
the same time - Be able to identify problems quickly, think
analytically and find creative solutions to overcome challenges
effectively - Very good German and English skills, both written and
