Your responsibilities

1. Lead operational readiness and inspection readiness in DSP area.
2. Participate in Technology Transfer of new products.
3. Support CVQ, PQ, EM activities.
4. Execute Process Validation activities.
5. Responsible for the daily execution of manufacturing activities in USP, DSP, or support areas (media, buffer preparation, equipment cleaning and preparation).
6. Act as the first point of contact and reference within the manufacturing team regarding training and troubleshooting.
7. Own Work Instructions and SOPs in your area.
8. Initiate Manufacturing Excellence initiatives to ensure robust and efficient operations.
9. Participate in defining robust process parameters during routine manufacturing campaigns.
10. Participate in New Product Introduction activities.

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor''s Degree in pharmaceutical, food, or chemistry.
• 3-5 years of successful experience in pharmaceutical operations within a GMP-relevant environment.
• Languages: English or German.
• Willingness to learn.
• Hands-on mentality.
• Ability to work on a shift rotation, including regular weekends, public holidays, and night shifts (3-shift system).
• On-call duties as per planning.
