About This Role
WSG is looking for a ClickUp Project Manager (part-time) who can help bring our mission to lifebehind the scenes. If youre an organizational wizard fluent in ClickUp, with a knack for coordinating cross-functional teams and keeping complex projects moving smoothly from start to finish, this is your chance to make an impact in the world of wine education.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning to completion across Education, Marketing and Operations teams, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and deliverables.
- Lead project planning sessions, helping to define scope, identify critical paths, goals and outcomes.
- Build and manage project infrastructure in ClickUp, including detailed project plans, detailed project plans, dashboards, timelines, automations, reporting tools and resource allocation.
- Coordinate task flow across teams, proactively manage dependencies and adapt to changes in scope, schedule or resources.
- Facilitate weekly project meetings with all stakeholders to review progress, troubleshoot issues and drive accountability.
- Report regularly to senior leadership, providing clear insights into project status, risks and key decisions to support strategic alignment.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Proven ability to lead and deliver complex, end-to-end projects involving multiple stakeholders in dynamic environments.
- Advanced ClickUp skills (dashboards, automations, reporting, templates).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear, tailored reporting.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Superb time management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to lead remote meetings and work independently in a remote-first team.

- Passion for wine or background in the wine/education/creative industry.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methods.
- Experience working with international or distributed teams.
