Seeking an experienced Senior Controller to join a dynamic team in Zaventem. This role offers the opportunity to drive financial accuracy, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making.
Your responsibilities as a Senior Controller :
- Ensure accurate monthly financial closings
- Support audits and timely preparation of annual accounts
- Review Balance Sheet accounts, accruals, and identify risks/opportunities
- Prepare and submit tax returns, VAT, and support tax inspections
- Validate SSC inputs and recommend process improvements
- Provide financial and non-financial reports, ensuring business performance reviews
- Develop budgets/forecasts, analyze variances, and propose actions
- Enhance performance monitoring with meaningful KPIs
- Lead financial analysis, reporting, and business meetings
Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making
Your profile :
- You have 7+ years of experience in Accounting/Controlling with a Finance/Accounting degree
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are results-driven, structured, and detail-oriented
- You thrive in dynamic environments and can work independently or in teams
- You have advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
