For our Zrich/Zug office, we are currently looking for an Attorney-at-law (80%100%, m/f) with responsibilities in the field of corporate, commercial, and contractual law in an international environment.
Your responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents related to corporate, commercial, and contract law with a focus on commercial aspects in the manufacturing, chemical and life sciences markets, including product safety and liability issues, product development and international trade (sourcing/distribution).
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis in commercial and contract law for Swiss and international clients.
- Advise clients on the legal implications of their business activities in Switzerland and abroad.
- Provide legal advice to clients on the matters of corporate and commercial law.
- Assist clients in the design and implementation of legal and compliance frameworks that align with their operational goals.
- Working with the team in preparing case files, gathering evidence, and compiling supporting documentation.
Your Profile
- Attorney-at-law degree from a Swiss or European university.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in corporate and commercial legal matters.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a professional and confident demeanor.
- Hands-on attitude, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work both independently and part of a team.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an asset.
- Swiss, EU citizenship or C permit required.
