In a nutshell
As a Sales Back Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing orders efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and acting as the interface between sales and service, proactively informing customers about machine details, layouts, and technical specifications.

What you will be doing
Order Processing:
- Processes customer orders accurately and promptly, utilizing SAP and CRM systems.
- Communicates effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth order flow.
Documentation and reporting:
- Maintains organized and up-to-date records of customer orders, including contracts, order confirmations, quoted prices, delivery schedules, and invoices.
- Is responsible for calculating sales bonuses and for organizing various statistical sales reports and document.
Support and internal coordination:
- Supports the daily work of the sales team such as publishing price lists, paying bid bonds, applying for quality assurance guarantees, and organizing bidding documents.
- Facilitates clear and timely communication between sales, manufacturing, logistics, Service, finance, and customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any issues that may arise.
- Coordinates with inventory teams to ensure the availability of products and components necessary for order fulfillment.
- Supports financing leasing business where applicable.
Issue resolution:
- Addresses and resolves any discrepancies or issues related to orders, working collaboratively with internal teams and customers to find swift and satisfactory solutions.
Quality control / compliance:
- Conducts regular reviews of orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
- Ensures all order-related documentation and processes adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
Your education experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, commercial, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in order management/sales assistance or a related role within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on technical product details and customer communication
- Proficiency in SAP and experience working with ERP systems.
- Fluent English skills (spoken and written).
