Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, the Group ranks among the top engineering contractors worldwide.The AWP Construction Engineer collaborates with and assists the AWP Champion or AWP Group Leader in implementing Construction AWP Methodology and deliverables, supporting the Project and Site teams throughout all phases.This position involves international projects and overseas sites. Availability to spend periods abroad during construction projects is essential.The Construction AWP Group seeks a candidate capable of:Developing and applying AWP Methodology for assigned projects;Assisting and collaborating with the Construction AWP group to implement new techniques for applying the AWP methodology.Within the AWP Group, two professional positions are available: AWP Construction Engineer and Workface Construction Engineer.Main Responsibilities:Participate in defining the Project AWP plan with the AWP Champion and contribute to its implementation;Develop the Path of Construction and Construction Schedule, monitoring the Action list;Prepare project documentation related to AWP, collecting information from relevant disciplines for finalization with the AWP Champion/Group Leader;Set up tools for managing AWP within assigned projects and prepare information flow on EWP and PWP for site application;Assist AWP Champion/Group Leader in monitoring AWP implementation within the Project Plan;Support AWP practices and procedures for continuous methodology improvement.When on-site, the AWP Engineer shall:Participate in implementing AWP Methodology under supervision of the AWP Champion, Site Manager, and Construction Manager;Ensure actual data flow (IWP from subcontractors) is reported to Project Control.Knowledge & Qualifications:Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus;Knowledge of EPC multidisciplinary activities;Understanding of Oil & Gas construction sequences, preferably from EPC projects;Willingness to relocate abroad temporarily as required.Experience:Experience in EPC projects;International site experience is a plus;2-3+ years in similar roles is advantageous.Skills and Abilities:Organizational, analytical, abstraction, and synthesis skills;Proficiency with IT tools and Office Suite;3D Modeling Software skills;Effective communication and interaction skills with professionals of diverse backgrounds.#J-18808-Ljbffr
