They provide much needed support to keep R/GA running smoothly and efficiently.Here is what you should know if you want to be an office services coordinator at R/GA:On any given day you mightWork directly with Travel Manager to plan comprehensive travel arrangements and coordinate car services, flight/rail/car rental arrangements, hotel accommodations, taxis, meal reservations, visa information, etc.Coordinate and process business-related expensesWork with office services team to provide a variety of administrative supportAssist with conference room bookings for the NY officeLiaise with other executive and administrative assistants on various projects and tasksParticipate in department/client meetings for administrative and project management supportThe ideal personMust be a people personHas a positive can-do attitudePatience and being Proactive is essential in this roleHas excellent written and oral communication skillsCan prioritize, multi-task and remain flexible in a fast-paced and high-pressure environmentHas very strong attention to detail and organizational skillsHas strong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsIs a natural team playerIs adaptable and nonresistant to changes, as dictated by evolving office environmentsIs willing to work flexible schedule ( some late hours and weekends); hours must align with New York Head Quarter hoursYou bring2+ years'' administrative or customer service experienceA Bachelors Degree in Hospitality management or relevantProficiency in Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office suiteExperience working in a client-facing environmentIntermediate English language skills ( Written & Verbal), knowledge of additional languages is a plusBonus pointsIf you have experience with Concur Travel and ExpenseWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
