While our primary focus is on operations and maintenance of renewable assets, we also provide engineering services and EPC mainly for photovoltaic plants.Alectris is also active globally in the software sector with our proprietary ACTIS solar ERP for renewable assets.Job descriptionThis full-time position requires a talented Project Manager to oversee a wide range of renewable projects, including revamping, repowering, and EPC of photovoltaic power plants.The role involves support from our Milan (Italy) administrative office to staff across all organizational levels involved in an exciting and ambitious growth environment.ResponsibilitiesMonitor, track, and control the scope, program, budget, project team organization of revamping & repowering PV / Solar projects.Lead, manage, and coordinate integrated workstreams including construction management, technical management, procurement, project controls, and HSE.Provide clear and concise status reports on project planning, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.Manage contracts, claims, and change orders with a pragmatic problem-solving approach.Ensure compliance with operational project documentation requirements.Manage project compliance with applicable laws, regulations, codes, and standards.Coordinate communication among project stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and subcontractors.Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Lead cross-functional teams and deliver multiple projects against set milestones.QualificationsGraduate degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent field. Knowledge of Italian electrical norms is a significant advantage.Minimum of 3 years of experience in photovoltaics.Proficiency in CAD for power plant design; knowledge of PVSyst is a plus.Understanding of PV systems, KPIs, engineering economics, equipment, and technologies.Excellent technical communication skills in Italian and English, both written and verbal.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision.Proactive and flexible, with an interest in innovative solutions.Interest or experience in project management is advantageous.Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.#J-18808-Ljbffr
