The Supply Chain Manager oversees the logistics and warehouse operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of materials and products. This role is responsible for securing that components and products are delivered at the right place at the right time during a project. The position also involves managing transport providers, ensuring proper documentation and compliance, and optimizing inventory control. The Supply Chain Manager will lead the supply chain team and ensure proactive, efficient operations in a global context. Duties Oversee the entire logistics lifecycle and ensure deliveries align with project timelines. Manage transport providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with customs and VAT rules. Optimize warehouse operations, from receipt to dispatch of goods. Fulfill material requests and dispatch products in a timely manner. Conduct inventory audits and analysis to maintain optimal inventory levels. Lead and mentor the logistics team, fostering a proactive and self-driven work environment. Required Skills Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management. Proficiency in English and Polish, both written and spoken. Driving license cat. B. Team oriented with a high ability to collaborate.
