Location: Italy, Via San Bovio1/3 20090 Segrate, Milano, home based/external. Geographical scope:Italy (travel is to be expected in Europe) The range of productsand applications is diverse, with a strong focus on the paints& coatings and construction chemicals markets. MainResponsibilities: Within the overall BU MPP strategy framework, theSenior Sales Manager, should develop customer strategy andassociated business cases to ensure BU MPP Sales Biocides growthfor the Industrial business line. Key responsibilities: - Lead theMPP IND sales in Italy and Greece. - Secure and develop ourexisting customer portfolio while guaranteeing the quality of ourtechnical and regulatory support. - Identify new opportunities andpotential customers (lead generation); - Visit customers to assesstheir needs and/or promote our products and services. - SupportPartners/Distributors - Provide or participate in training and/ortechnical assistance to customers, including hygiene audits in thefield, presentations related to the proper use of our products. -Create and update customer files to ensure data quality; - Workclosely with the technical marketing, R&D, regulatory affairsand product management teams, as well as with the sales team andsegment leaders. - Negotiate prices, volume targets and financialterms, in line with company guidelines; - Provide accurate andrealistic sales forecasts on a regular basis; - Contribute to thedefinition of annual budgets and related objectives; - Monitormarket changes and trends, market fluctuations and competitoractivities and behavior; - Communicate market needs and informationto internal team; - Reporting (CRM, business cases, etc.); -Oversee the local MPP Industrial business line activities and team;Knowledge and Experience: - Master Degree in Chemistry, Degree inScience, Engineering or comparable experience; - Minimum 10+ yearsof successful sales activities in the chemical industry or inrelated industries; - The knowledge of the industrial biocidessector (biocidal product regulation) and the experience in the useof biocides are a must; - Previous experience in People managementor team coordination; - Intensive travel activities within Italyand in the EMEA region; - Native Italian speaker with excellentcommand of the English language; - Excellent communication andpresentation skills; - Result oriented working style; For us,talent matters; we welcome everyone who commits to our values.
