HR Cost Controlling & Reporting SpecialistSpecialista Senior / Project ManagerWe are looking for an HR Cost Controlling & Reporting Specialist to join our Italy HR Payroll & Administration team.How you make the differenceThis position is crucial for ensuring accurate HR data analysis and reporting, which supports informed decision-making on workforce planning and cost management. The role aims to improve budgeting accuracy, optimize labor costs, and provide strategic insights for business growth.Key responsibilities include:Developing HR dashboards with HC and HR KPI analysis (turnover, seniority, gender, etc.) and preparing official HC reports for internal and external use;Planning workforce and labor costs through forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning, focusing on Italian companies and supporting activities;Conducting monthly analysis of actual versus budget discrepancies (FTE/HCT) and producing comprehensive reports;Verifying data accuracy in HR systems such as Infobudget, SuccessFactors, and Tagetik HR;Monitoring costs related to hiring new employees, including position and hiring date considerations.Your team:You will report directly to our HR Administration & Payroll Senior Manager Italy.
