Perhaps you have been a sonographer or a gynaecologist in your career and have since moved to a commercial business and are now looking for a growth opportunity in a European role in a business with significant, above industry growth. Perhaps you are currently doing a similar role in Womens Health and want to be more impactful, have a more direct route to management, and a faster pace?As an expert in Womens Health, you will have existing relationships with VIP Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and will be well versed in working with them to gain clinical evaluations for Womens Health in our advanced features and functions.Your responsibilities:Responsible for clinical evaluations with VIP KOLs of advanced features and functions for Womens Health studies.Work with international VIP KOLs and reference customers on scientific studies and research to support feedback on Mindray advances.Research with KOLs on new features to launch into the market and where the clinical benefits are supported most.Act as the link between R&D internationally and our customers to ensure we have the right products to support our customers at a global level.Extend the current skill of our applications in Womens Health through working with VIP KOLs on international scientific research.What are we looking for in you?Demonstrated established relationships with VIP KOLs (Womens Health Ultrasound) in hospitals.Comprehensive experience in Womens Health as a clinical practitioner.Familiarity with Ultrasound trends in new technology and application in the Womens Health sector.Fluency in English both written and spoken.Proven ability to manage and develop business with key clinical contacts and hospitals.Ability to find and develop opportunities with potential customers.Good communicator with excellent listening, spoken, and written communication skills.Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate them in simple messages.Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work well within an international team.Ability to work in the country for which you have applied without the requirement for company sponsorship.Whats in it for you?This is an outstanding position for candidates looking for a role with autonomy, accountability, and responsibility.
