Social Network Login/JoinThe Event Outreach Manager will plan and execute evangelistic events utilizing the resources of the Agape Bici bicycle shop and involving local missionaries and churches. They will collaborate with the local missionary team to develop new evangelism strategies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain a deepening relationship with Jesus Christ through prayer, scripture reading, fasting, and other spiritual disciplines.Foster spiritual growth within the team through prayer, fasting, worship, and accountability practices.Collaborate with the Catania-based team to develop new evangelism strategies.Engage with team members to involve both local and external workers in evangelism efforts.Contribute ideas for new strategies and training opportunities in disciple-making.Plan and execute evangelistic events using resources from the Agape Bici bicycle shop.Assist in planning conferences and training sessions.Utilize OMS-approved processes to evangelize non-believers and support others in their faith journey, fostering reproducing disciples of Jesus.Work with partners to establish disciple-making groups within churches, train leaders, and identify future local leaders.Identify and recommend new resources and processes, passing information to leadership for potential broad implementation.Implement procedures for selecting materials for translation.Willingness to learn Italian to an intermediate level.Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.Experience with disciple-making processes is a plus.Skill Requirements:Understanding of spiritual disciplines and scriptural application.Strong networking abilities with partners.Effective teamwork skills, demonstrating respect and valuing others.Ability to learn the local language to an intermediate level.Coachable spirit and willingness to learn.Professional presentation and enthusiastic engagement in tasks.Incorporate Christs compassion into all tasks.Vision to use events as outreach opportunities.Strong project management and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
