Were looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our Paris office. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in office administration, workplace operations, and team coordination in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Location: Paris, France
Type: Internship (Full-time, or at least 4 days per week)
Duration: 4 - 6 months
Start Date: immediately
What Youll Do:
- Support the smooth running of the Paris office on a daily basis
- Greet visitors and help with scheduling meetings and logistics
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and team activities
- Help new employees onboard and coordinate their workspace setup
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
- Assist in internal communications and office-related updates
What Were Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in a university program or recent graduate (Business Administration, Management, HR, or related field preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take the initiative
- Comfortable working in French and English environment, Chinese is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
