Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and interact with other work preparers and planners, PMC, technicians E&I, and the Supervisor.
- Develop high quality work packages and prepare work orders according to defined work.
- Plan realistic duration of individual tasks in work orders and update standard tasks/PM plans based on actual data.
- Preparing basic work orders based on work and execution tasks.
- Discuss work content and timing with suppliers and ensure coordination for multidisciplinary work.
- Reserving and ordering materials, and ensuring that stock is correctly tracked.
- Discuss and transfer work packages with technicians and production.
- Participate in regular maintenance planning meetings.
- Uploading documents and linking them to equipment.
- Requesting quotes and providing cost estimates based on them.
For the position as E&I Work Planner, you have the following competences:
- Bachelor or master degree in electromechanics, electrotechnics,
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
- Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering and instrumentation.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance of electrical equipment in the petrochemical industry.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical distribution, transformers, control valves, flow transmitters, UPS Systems, lighting and cathodic protection.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Proactively seeking improvements in all areas.
- High safety and quality awareness.
