Were now strengthening our Corporate Finance & Controlling function and are looking for a motivated Controller to be part of this exciting journey.
Your mission
As Controller, you will:
- Ensure the accuracy of financial records (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Analyze performance and highlight areas for improvement
- Contribute to financial reporting, margin analysis, and forecasting
- Help implement Group financial procedures locally
- Collaborate on capex tracking and cash flow forecasting
- Support budgeting at both local and Group level
What were looking for
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 34 years of experience in Controlling/Finance, preferably in multinational environments
- Solid knowledge of business analysis and financial reporting
- Fluent in English and Norwegian
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Team player with great communication skills
- Willing to relocate to Norway after an initial period in Milan
