A fast-growing SME is looking to add to their HR team with an appointment of a Senior Internal Recruiter that can lead on the end to end recruitment strategy and talent aquistion.
The role involves leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers that will add value to the Employer brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Design, develop and execute tailored external sourcing strategies, using internal and external channels
- Support and advise hiring teams throughout the recruitment process
- Champion diversity and inclusion in hiring practices
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent
- Promote the business employer of choice through strong employer branding
- Ensure accurate documentation in recruitment systems and support wider company initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong proven background in local and international recruiting experience for mid to senior head office roles.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with offer negotiations and understanding of employment market trends
- Passion for delivering excellent candidate and stakeholder experiences
- Fluent in English and Dutch
