We're hiring!A prestigious brand in theluxury fashion industryis looking for aClient Advisorto join itsnew store in Fidenza, Italy .Responsibilities:Execute exceptional retail performance to ensure sales and guarantee a hand-crafted experience to the cutomer.Provide excellent and specialized customer service by creating emotionally enriched relationships with clientsAnalyze customer needs, motivations, desires, and expectations.Elevate the Selling Ceremony by consistently delivering memorable, extraordinary moments.Build long-term relationships with the customers.Actively participate in managing the store (quality and quantity of stock, cash, Visual merchandising, administration e.G.)Qualifications :Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, customer service skills.Preferred previous retail or luxury retail experience or customer related experience (i.E. luxury hospitality, etc.).Proven track record in achieving sales results and building customer relationships.Ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.Must have authorization to work in the country where the position is based.Business proficiency in Italian and English. More languages will be advantageous.
