ONE is on a mission to invest in and grow our NextGen ONE-Consultants team. You will assist our portfolio of leading European enterprises in making significant strides toward establishing a business data fabric or data mesh setup using SAP Datasphere. This setup will accelerate the development of SAP data products and AI, enabling rapid responses to evolving business questions and driving valuable insights.
About Our Graduate Accelerator Program
We are running the second round of our accelerator program. You will join a group of recent graduates who will go through a rigorous curriculum that will equip you to be highly valuable and immediately relevant to our customer base. It focuses on the need to realize a unified Data Mesh and Data Products platform to further accelerate business value.

After the initial training period, you will be placed at a customer site alongside one or more of our vastly experienced SAP Datasphere and HANA consultants. Here, you will work on a defined set of deliverables, helping to achieve the outlined mission.
Hiring process
Our onboarding will begin in September, with the selection process taking place over the coming weeks. We conduct 23 rounds of interviews, including an initial video call and at least one in-person interview. The in-person interview will include a practical assessment relevant to the role. We aim to complete the hiring process and finalize our selection by the end of July.

ONE-Consultants is a niche player in the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) innovation space and one of the few consultancies with almost 15 years of native HANA / HANA cloud development and implementation experience - and along with 4+ years in SAP Datasphere/DI. We are working with some of the biggest and finest brands globally to help them move to their NextGen business data fabric setup as part of their transition to SAP S/4HANA.
