Were seeking a proactive, organized, and results-driven professional to lead recruitment processes for pharmaceutical engineering and other pharma sector profiles within our group companies. This role is key to ensuring that the talent we bring in aligns with our organizations values.
Your responsibilities
- Identify and attract pharmaceutical engineering professionals and other pharma-related profiles for the groups companies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their staffing needs and define appropriate candidate profiles.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in person and online.
- Support new hires during their onboarding process and ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress and results.
Knowledge experience
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Knowledge of interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
- High level of Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with talent management software and candidate databases.
- Experience in international recruitment.
