At the Customer andLogistics Service, we are in direct contact with important clientsin France and Benelux. We create a bridge between warehouses,forwarding agents and the clients whilst maintaining an enormousamount of data. We solve problems, process daily business andcreate new international links in order to enhance our client andlogistics relations in a continuing process. Your function consistsin supporting the Customer Service in diverse missions: You are apoint of contact for customers, sales and internal departmentsregarding their orders and the follow-up of shipments. Here youlook at the possibilities to provide a solution for your contactperson You advise customers and are in contact with them by phoneand email You take care of the customer follow-up from A to Z Youmonitor and analyze the performance and also help prepare it Youprepare presentations for customer meetings You support us inseveral ongoing projects You are pursuing a Graduate, Bachelor''s orMaster''s degree. If your studies have a logistics background,that''s a plus You are a team player and are naturally helpful Youhave a problem-solving ability and can handle certain situationscreatively You can work fluently with the MS Office package goodexcel skills are appreciated You have strong communication skillsin English and French; Dutch is a plus And... last but not least:You are sociable, stress resistant and you possess a healthy doseof humor.
