As part of our ongoing growth and innovation strategy, we are launching the Solution Team a dynamic cross-functional unit dedicated to supporting our Operating Companies (OpCos) in generating business through the sale and implementation of Value Added Services (VAS) and tailored IoT Solutions . This team will act as a center of excellence for expert Sales support, solution design, delivery, and customer success. We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the newly formed Solution Team. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of professional services to end customers of our OpCos, managing internal resources and external expectations to deliver technical projects with excellence. Project & Program Management Lead end-to-end delivery of professional services projects across OpCos, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget. Apply best practices and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, hybrid) across teams. Monitor KPIs to track project health, team efficiency, project profitability, and service quality. Ensure quality standards through clear documentation and testing protocols. Train teams on processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. Scope of Professional Services Managed You will be responsible for overseeing delivery of a broad range of services including but not limited to: Business Applications (Dashboards, Data Tools) Hardware Staging (sensors, gateways, routers) Project Management for Tailored Solutions Onboarding & Training Programs On-site and Remote Audits (radio coverage, hardware sourcing, vertical-specific solutions) Proven experience (5+ years) as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Professional Services Manager in a tech-driven environment (preferably IoT, Telco, or SaaS / at minimum within an IT-related context). Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in multicultural or multi-entity environments. Comfortable working in a matrix organization and in coordination with international business units.
