As part of the operations team, you will:
- Provide general administrative and logistical support
- Perform accurate data input and ensure data management
- Manage document filing, organization, and retrieval
- Support day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and precision
Your profile:
- Secondary education degree or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of Dutch, French, and English
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
- Organized, autonomous, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and problem-solving mindset
Work location:
- Hybrid model: 50% on-site / 50% homeworking
