The role supports Aptars customer-centric growth initiatives and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to deploy best practices across regions and segments.The Data & Systems Commercial Excellence Analyst reports to the Global CE Director.As a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst, you will:Develop the Internal Commercial MindsetOptimize the Customer ExperienceStandardize reports and insights tools (e.g., C4C, Pipeline Projections, Dashboards)Manage customer database activities, including contracts and pipeline opportunitiesEnsure CRM and pipeline best practicesCollaborate with IS teams to improve systemsSupport Contract Management activitiesAssist sales training frameworks and key user supportEducation:Bachelors degree in Business or related fieldRequired Skills:3-5 years experience in Sales Analysis with CRM expertise; experience in Sales, Marketing, or Pricing is a plusExperience in sales effectiveness projects and supporting global programsLeadership skills and team collaborationAbility to analyze large datasets from various sourcesAdditional Skills:Strong reporting and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple projects with multicultural teamsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, and BI tools (e.g., SAP, QlikView, Power BI)Fluency in English; additional languages are a plusExcellent communication skillsCustomer orientation and strategic thinkingWho We Are:Aptar leverages insights, design, engineering, and science to develop innovative packaging solutions that enhance brand value and impact lives globally.
