We provide tiered, outcome-based water solutions tailored to specific industries through enterprise-wide partnerships, helping ensure businesses and their communities have access to the water they need to thrive.We are seeking an Implementation Manager to join our EWC (Ecolab Water for Climate).The Implementation Manager will be responsible for executing projects outlined in the roadmap, leading project teams, coordinating resources, and reporting progress weekly to the EWC and local team. The role requires on-site presence at the brewery.Responsibilities:Prepare detailed implementation schedules based on the roadmap, including activities, timelines, resources, and equipment installation.Communicate quarterly project overviews related to performance-based fees.Lead and coordinate quarterly projects.Ensure timely project implementation and support from the brewery.Provide weekly progress updates to the Ecolab contract manager.Report monthly to brewery management and secure project sign-off.Identify issues early, explore solutions, and document delays and root causes.Seek timely assistance for conflicts or blockers.Assist regional CAM team with invoicing.Respond promptly to project-related questions from the brewery and explain principles to external stakeholders.Minimum Requirements:At least 2 years experience in project management, preferably in the brewing-beverage industry or similar.Technical education in chemical/mechanical engineering, food technology, MBA, or equivalent.Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.Interest in food processing and quality management.Strong communication skills across various stakeholder levels.Structured work approach with transparent reporting.Ability to coordinate activities among brewery employees.Reliable delivery of results on time.Understanding of Ecolabs value proposition for industrial customers.Ability to gather information from experts and commercial teams.Capacity to work under time pressure.Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: Ecolab promotes fair and equal employment opportunities, encouraging applications from minority, female, and disabled individuals.
