Key Responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with PV distributors and installers across Europe. Present Growatt''s strengths and product offerings to establish new partnerships, positioning us as a preferred inverter supplier.
- Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular visits to existing clients to promote new products, understand their procurement plans, and provide necessary product training and support.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze information on competitors'' products, pricing, and inventory to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales objectives, including participating in international trade fairs and events to generate leads and close deals.
- Agent Network Development: Establish and manage a network of agents within the region, monitor their performance, and assist in marketing activities to expand our market reach.
Requirements:
- Experience in the photovoltaic, electrical, or energy industry (preferred).
- Strong logical thinking, proactive attitude, and excellent planning and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a high level of responsibility.
- Proficiency in computer applications and office software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- High proficiency in Dutch and English (must).
- This position requires full-time presence at our office in Capelle aan den IJssel.
- Valid driver''s license.
