We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at a prestigious 5-star hotel with 6 dining outlets. This role offers an opportunity to be at the forefront of culinary innovation and high-quality service. If you are a creative, organized chef eager to excel in a stimulating environment, this position is ideal for you!

Key Responsibilities

  1. High-quality culinary preparation: Prepare and set up dishes according to Ws standards.
  2. Station management: Supervise a team of commis and demi-chefs de partie, ensuring efficient task allocation for smooth service.
  3. Maintaining quality and hygiene: Ensure product quality and adherence to hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
  4. Participation in innovation: Contribute new ideas and proactively improve kitchen processes in collaboration with the team.
  5. Communication: Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Profile

Position available for the winter season, from December 2025 to March 2026. Due to visa restrictions, applications from Switzerland and the European Union are preferred.
