Onsite IT Support Engineer
Become the go-to tech expert for our clients as an Onsite IT Support Engineer! In this exciting role, you''ll be their trusted advisor, tackling hardware and software challenges head-on. From troubleshooting pesky issues to configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure, you''ll be their lifeline to a seamless technology experience.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues with a smile.
- Work independently and as part of a dynamic team to conquer any IT challenge.
- Become a master of installation, upgrades, support, and troubleshooting for a variety of end-user hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video conferencing equipment.
- Embrace your inner detective as you analyze errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory.
- Become an implementation guru, deploying software and operating systems using SCCM or other cutting-edge technologies.
- Keep meticulous records of your approach and problem-solving prowess in a ticketing system.
- Take charge of asset management, ensuring everything is in its rightful place.
Skills:
- Proven experience in onsite support and navigating ticketing systems like a pro.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, and a diverse range of software applications.
- Expertise in Managed Print Service (MPS) and mobile phone configuration (Apple and Android) using MS Intune.
- Mastery of MS Office 365, because who doesn''t love spreadsheets?
- Fluent in Dutch and English, because communication is key.
