We are currently seeking a Communication and Marketing Digital Product Manager , reporting directly to the Manager of Business Development Support Functions Digital Products join our Digital for Support functions & Corporate team based in Nanterre, France.

About the mission we offer you:T.EN has been enhancing its core business processes from sales to project deliveries in order to reduce the time to market for its customers. As part of this transformation journey, T.EN is seeking an experienced Communication and Marketing Digital Products Manager. This role involves managing various domains from an IT perspective and closely collaborating with business to ensure optimal performance of new digital tools, including our website, intranet, marketing campaigns, and CRM.
Mission: This includes ensuring the management of a solution/product from an IT point of view, working in close relationship with the Communication and Marketing business owner of the solution. It involves directing the product in full alignment with the Digiteam strategy and business work processes. The role requires an understanding of the business and a proactive approach in proposing enhancements that efficiently meet stakeholder needs.
Duties: - Own the Business relationship and Digital Products roadmap & strategy for Communications and Marketing domains
- Partner with the client to design digital work processes, functional change requests/demands on core business solutions/products and participate with developers in decision making in regard to changes/developments
- Provide technical support to procurement to negotiate with vendors contracts related to the solution and manage relationship with selected vendors ensuring efficient and compliant operations
- Ensure functionalities development in alignment with client needs
- Establish business case for functionalities evolution in a total cost ownership approach
- Lead the process of detailed technical planning
- Participate in implementation solution choice and manages solution implementation, test and deployment coordination
- Perform a continuous improvement process to identify better ways of doing things and make recommendations for wider improvements in systems, practices, and procedures
- Support Business adoption and education on digitalized processes, acting as a specialist and advisor on Communications & Marketing Products
- Promote a culture of open communication and collaboration within the team.
- Encourage team members to share knowledge and work together effectively.
- Help the team implement changes to improve productivity and quality.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Bachelor''s degree in computer science or engineering
Experience with BI architecture and technologies
Data centric architecture and operations definition, experience with Master Data
Good knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud is also required to ensure effective management of marketing operations and CRM systems.
Experience with CMS (Drupal, Wordpress, ...) and Enterprise Web sites management
Experience deploying and/or operating global Enterprise Intranet
Excellent communication and presentation skills, very strong customer-oriented mindset
