Temporary Innovation/Business Process Re-Engineering Manager

Job Summary:
The Temporary Innovaton Manager will drive the Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) strategy and execution within the organization. The role includes overseeing the innovation transition, ensuring that new concepts are effectively integrated into the existing business framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Innovation Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities.
- Develop a clear BPR strategy aligned with the companys goals.
Project Management:
- Lead the BPR project from conception through execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate innovation initiatives.
Research and Development:
- Conducting researches to identify trends and gaps.
- Exploring emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance innovation efforts and integrate solutions.
Change Management:
- Develop plans for the transition of new innovations into operational processes.
- Provide training and support to staff to adapt to new technologies and processes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on innovation initiatives.
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the organization.
Performance Evaluation:
- Measure the success and impact of innovation initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business Management Engineering or a related field;
- 12 + years of proven experience in innovation management, project management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of change management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and innovation tracking.
